Cermin4D Terms & Conditions – Guide Clear & Transparent For All Members

1 Definitions & Scope of Use

In this Terms & Conditions document, "Cermin4D", "we", "our platform", or "cermin4d" refers to the online Sports Betting and casino platform accessible at the website cermin4d.best. "Member", "you" or "user" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using cermin4d's services.

"Services" refers to all products offered by cermin4d, including but not limited to Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports), live casino games (live roulette, blackjack, baccarat), Table Games, and all other products available on the platform from time to time.

"Bet" refers to any wager placed by a member through the cermin4d platform. "Odds" refers to the winning ratio offered by cermin4d for a given outcome. All terms herein govern the agreement between cermin4d and its members.

2 Member Eligibility

Cermin4d services are open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a country that permits online gambling under certain contexts.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently subject to a self-exclusion or platform ban by cermin4d or any related gambling platform.
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.

Cermin4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account while verification is carried out. Should it be established that a member has provided false age information, cermin4d reserves the right to terminate the account and freeze any remaining balance in accordance with established procedures.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account at cermin4d. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of our terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the freezing of all funds.

Registration Information

Members are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including full name, phone number, valid email address and date of birth. cermin4d is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by members.

• The registered name must match the name on the payment method used.
• Your email address must be active and accessible, as it is used for important communications including withdrawal verification.
• A valid Malaysian phone number is required for two-factor authentication (2FA), which is enabled by default.

Account Security

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their cermin4d account login details. cermin4d strongly recommends using a strong and unique password, enabling two-factor authentication, and never sharing account information with anyone. Any activity that occurs within your account is considered your own action unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as your cermin4d account. cermin4d does not accept third-party deposits. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX online banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Withdrawal Conditions

To withdraw funds, members must first have met the minimum wagering requirement — meaning the deposit must have been used at least once in gameplay. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (except in certain circumstances at cermin4d's discretion). Cermin4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above a specified limit as a standard security measure.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Cermin4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, weekly cashback, festive promotions (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Hari Merdeka) and a VIP programme for loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a rollover (wagering requirement) as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified time frame. Bonus funds that do not fulfil the rollover within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• Cermin4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice for new offers.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only (unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms).
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or techniques designed to exploit promotions, will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.
• In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility or bonus calculations, cermin4d's decision is final.

6 Sports Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on cermin4d are subject to the following rules:

Sports Betting

• A bet is considered final once you confirm your wager and the cermin4d system receives the confirmation message.
• Cermin4d reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to technical errors or human error.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours from its scheduled time, or cannot be completed due to unavoidable circumstances, all pre-match bets will be fully refunded to members.
• For live betting, any outcome that occurs after the bet has been accepted by the cermin4d system is valid, even if there is a slight delay in the streaming display.
• Cermin4d reserves the right to set betting limits for any match, market, or member at our sole discretion.

Casino Games

• All cermin4d digital casino games use a certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness.
• In live casino games, the outcome announced by the croupier or dealer is final and cannot be contested on the basis of technical issues on the player's end.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino game, cermin4d will use system records to determine the valid outcome. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be fully refunded.

7 Fair Play & Platform Integrity

Cermin4d is fully committed to providing a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. This commitment covers multiple aspects of our platform's operations:

• Odds displayed on cermin4d are calculated using standard market pricing models and are not manipulated to unfairly disadvantage players.
• Cermin4d does not permit any form of side-dealing, collusion between players, or misuse of inside information that could compromise the integrity of any match.
• Any suspected match-fixing identified by cermin4d's monitoring system will result in the relevant bets being suspended pending an investigation.

8 Permitted & Prohibited Member Conduct

Cermin4d members are required to conduct themselves responsibly and ethically while using the platform. The following strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose, including claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets.
• Placing arbitrage bets designed solely to exploit odds discrepancies or bonus terms without any genuine risk.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate games or betting outcomes.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to gamble on cermin4d (money laundering).
• Transferring funds between different cermin4d member accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information to the cermin4d team.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, and freezing of funds pending an investigation.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Cermin4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no logins or activity.
• At the member's own request to close their account.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the cermin4d support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled. Valid balances will be returned to the member via the original payment method once all security checks are completed.

10 Responsible Gambling

Cermin4d takes its responsibilities as a gambling platform seriously. We believe that gambling should be a form of controlled entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship.

Self-Control Tools at cermin4d

All of the following tools can be activated by members through the cermin4d account settings section without any barriers or delays:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum session duration before the system automatically logs you out.
• Temporary Break: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 6 months without closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself entirely from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months, up to a permanent exclusion.

11 Liability Limits

Cermin4d is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

• Technical failures beyond cermin4d's control, including internet disruptions, third-party server failures or payment system outages.
• Betting outcomes made based on inaccurate information provided by third parties.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Changes in legislation or regulations affecting the availability of cermin4d's services in certain regions.

In all circumstances, cermin4d's maximum liability to any member is limited to the actual balance available in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

12 Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Cermin4d reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. For any material changes, cermin4d will provide members with at least 7 days before the changes take effect, via your registered email and/or in-platform notification. Your continued use of cermin4d's services after the effective date of any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Members who do not agree to any amendments to the terms are entitled to close their account and withdraw all valid balances before the effective date of the changes. To do so, please contact the cermin4d support team via email or live chat.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the cermin4d platform must first be resolved through cermin4d's internal dispute resolution process before any further action is taken.
